WrapAround/Children's Aid Society of London & Middlesex Project
This project has been a partnership between Community Services Coordination Network (CSCN)/WrapAround and the Children's Aid Society of London and Middlesex. The purpose of the project was to apply High Fidelity WrapAround to improve outcomes for families with complex needs who are involved with the Children's Aid Society.
Project Goals:
- To prevent children, who are between the ages of 10 and 17 from coming into care
- To transition youth from high to lower cost care arrangements, including reunification plans with their birth families and/or kinship associations
Project Objectives:
- To provide High Fidelity WrapAround for families involved with the Children's Aid Society
- To increase the stability and permanency of children and families through the WrapAround process
- To increase collaboration between the CAS and WrapAround for the mutual benefit of families and children
- To determine if the project goals were achieved and evaluate WrapAround effectiveness
